In case you didn’t see on the national news, here’s a construction worker that provides annoyed Manhattanites some respite from the ongoing 2nd Avenue subway construction noise. Gary Russo from Queens croons some Frank Sinatra to passers-by and his singing is soothing some rattled nerves. (NBC reported a bit of dancing in the streets and quoted, “Only in New York).”
