The Georgica, located on 305 East 85th Street, takes its name from an East Hampton lake, Georgica Pond.
Located on a tree-lined street in Manhattan’s Upper East Side, its glassed design is meant to inspire the “shimmering” effect of its namesake with “sublime composition.” The building blends bronze, champagne and white to create a modern exterior and interior.
